We offer free returns to customers living within the US.

We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being dispatched, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.

To return an item to LAZAMENT, please contact our team via email at hello@lazament.com. Please provide your order number and the items you would like to return. A member of our Customer Care team will reply back with the return label or commercial invoice. Return labels are only free to US residents (excluding Hawaii).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or exchange for the following items:

Underwear.
Face masks.
Personalized products, unless there’s a manufacturing fault.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original LAZAMENT packaging.

If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.

LAZAMENT can only accept back whole items. Please note, sets, multipacks etc are considered one and cannot be partially returned.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-14 working days.

If your little one has had a sudden growth spurt & you need a different size, please contact our Customer Care team via email at hello@lazament.com with your order number and the item/s you would like to change. Please note, exchanges are only possible for customers living within the US.

International shipping and returns

Free returns are not currently available outside of the US. If you wish to return an item, the cost will be at your own expense. Please contact hello@lazament.com for the required documentation to return items to our US facilities.
